How do I setup an account?
Please CLICK HERE to access our secure dashboard for account setup. Once you access this page click on the "Sign Up" link on the top of the page. You will need to set up a parental account and then add your child to your account. If you have played with us in the last 2 years you should already have an account. In lieu of starting another account please recover your password and login. If you start another account sometimes the system will not recognize your email address which can cause communication issues.
Ok, I have an account, how do I sign up for a program?
Once you have an account you can visit our registration page which is found by CLICKING HERE - once at this landing page you can click on "Tryout Registration" if you are looking to sign up for an upcoming tryout we are conducting. If your account is updated, signup is a breeze. Please have your insurance information as well as your US Lacrosse ID number and the whole process should take a few minutes. Please make sure your US Lacrosse account is current through the season you are signing for.
How do I sign up for a team?
After tryouts have concluded, we send invitations out to players that attended. In order to receive an invitation you must have been signed up for the tryout. If you were a walk up and did not register, please register ASAP and send us an email letting us know your registration is completed. We would hate for your invitation to slip through the cracks due to a missed registration. Email us at email@example.com
I received an invitation, how do I sign up?
There should be a link at the bottom of the invitation. Once you click on that link it will take you into the registration program. You will have to log into your account to complete the registration. You can also access your invitation by logging into your dashboard. There will be an orange button for you to click on to accept your invite.
I registered but my registration is not shown, how do I fix this?
Once you register you will have to compete your payment for your team deposit. If this is not completed within 24 hours your registration is kicked back and you need to start over. To do this you will need to log into your dashboard and click on the orange button and redo your registration.
How do I order a uniform?
You will need to visit our team store and order your size and make payment. the team store is hosted by Lacrossewear. They collect all of your information and make your uniform, once its complete they ship directly to your home.
I missed ordering my uniform, how do I get one?
Unfortunately we do not order additional stock so you will have to contact Lacrossewear directly to see if they can get a uniform made for you. If not you will wear your light blue/white practice penny for games. Sorry but we send out numerous team store updates once the store opens with deadlines, if you miss the date there really isn't much we can do.
